We are seeking an individual to provide support to a young person as they navigate the challenges of adolescence. The role entails picking up the student from school at 3 pm, walking with them to the community center, assisting them in finding a suitable space to complete homework, and then accompanying them home. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the student in focusing on their English and Math homework.
This part-time position will require a commitment of two hours on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays during the school year. During the summer months, the role will expand to two hours of academic support and an additional hour of walking or participating in sports activities within the community, with a start time of 9 am and an end time of 12 pm.
