Support for a young man to live semi independently, and to engage in his community. Position is casual to establish compatibility, and will become full time. Its designed after the C.L.B.C. homeshare, with house provided. It is based on a 20 days per month schedule, and is flexible. You must have a sense of humour, be willing to work with a family team to support him. Rural setting, so vehicle is necessary.
