Job responsibilities: Mentor/Coach
Support others to clean the house. Teach others Activities of Daily Living in the home. Knowledge of sexism in the home, these boys need to learn how to do household chores & that it’s not just a Mom’s job.
Qualifications: Gender studies, able to challenge traditional roles in the home.

About the employer: I am the Mom of an 18 & 21yr old males who have mild intellectual disabilities and a husband who need to learn about gender roles in the home.
