I am looking for an individual to work with my 23 year old son who has ABI, Autism and a Developmental Delay. The appropriate person will have some experience but i’m willing to train the right person. It’s important that you are somewhat athletic and enjoy the outdoors. You would get to know my son first in his home environment, then progress to taking him out into the community once everyone is feeling safe and comfortable with that. My son is easygoing and calm for the most part, but does experience anxiety and struggles with communication. He loves being ouside, walking, hiking or hanging by the oceanside.
