We are presently hiring for a personal care & life skills position supporting a physically dependent 21-year old male within our home and the community. Our team members currently provide support at the community pool, outdoor experiences, music/piano therapy, and personal care. We are currently seeking weekday shift in a part time permanent position of 20+ hours per week.
Key skills & Qualifications
First aid certification, or willing to get it.
Clear criminal record
B.C. Drivers Licence & Acceptable Drivers Abstract
Minimum Grade 12
Ability to be flexible and adaptable
Ability to demonstrate good decision-making skills
Ability to conduct themselves in a professional manner within the community at all times
Ability to lift 30 pounds.
Ability to provide personal care / Toileting / meal assistance
Required to follow protocols on COVID-19.
