support worker to work with a group of 5 ladies with a variety of needs. Hours of availability should include evenings and weekends
working under the direction of an RN
NOT a group home
would involve all sorts of community activities, and support in home, with bedtime routines, personal care and g-tube feeds
transportation would be beneficial as our home is not on a bus route
