Hi! I am looking for an energetic, warm and funny individual (my son has a sense of humor!). Muscles would help too!
What I need is someone to assist me with my 12 year old son to assist with his evening routine which includes shower, feed him his dinner, and generally get him ready for bed. He is in a wheelchair and fully dependent for assistance. He can however bear weight when standing. He is somewhat verbal and has a talker to assist
I have 2 other sons (no help with them is required). I will be in the home the entire time so can jump in and help or answer any questions. We have a fully adapted house including wheel-in shower, ramp, lift, etc.
We currently have someone who helps me on Wed. to Friday. This position would be for Monday and Tuesday from 3:30 to 6:30 and if you are interested in more hours, I would be happy to have some help on the weekend during the day.
