A fun, reliable, responsible respite worker is needed to plan outings and to provide companionship for our 17 year old daughter with moderate intellectual disabilities. We are looking for an adult female, local to Abbotsford, with a driver’s license, to spend time with her from 1 to 4 PM every other Sunday to give our busy family a break, with occasional opportunities to do more. Pay is $22 per hour = $132 per month. No nursing care is required, but our daughter must be fully supervised because she is not safety aware or able to solve problems on her own. She is very friendly, and she loves walks, ball sports, arts and crafts, and food.
