We are looking for new team members to join our 21 year old daughter’s circle of support. She lives both with us and has her own apartment she is learning to spend more time in with the right support. Looking for help on weekend (some overnights) and evenings including finding and facilitating opportunities in the community like swimming, hosting dance parties, coffee shops, going to see live music! She requires full support with personal care, positive behaviour intervention, and uses augmentative communication. Hours during the week for 2:30- 6:00PM also available.
