In- home support/community Inclusion Caregiver

Job Description

We are looking for a caring, independent person who is comfortable working in an equipped home environment, is available to work on Sunday, is self-motivated, and will work with our current team who has been with us for 10 years. The successful applicant will strive to make a difference in the life of a small built man with Spastic quadriplegia who enjoys the outdoors, walking, music, bussing and family gatherings. We require a worker who is patient and familiar with and/ or comfortable with providing personal care and safety and medical care in areas such as: feeding, dressing, bowel stimulation, bathing, body care and attending appointments. In addition, the worker will ensure the cleanliness and caring of the individual’s living space and equipment. Please note we will require applicants to have a COVID vaccine, CPR First Aid, Criminal Record Check, and Physical Wellness confirmation. Training wage starts at $23 an hour.
