Looking for someone to work one day a week in our home caring for a 55 year old (6ft, 190lbs) man with a brain injury. He’s in a wheelchair, paralyzed on the left side and requires help with all aspects of daily life. He is friendly, enjoys people, reading, games, chess. Has some voice limitations but knows and understands everything going on and said around him.
The applicant will be: reliable, patient, caring, fluent in English, willing to learn, comfortable with dogs and fully vaccinated.
You must have a full driver’s license (not an L or N).
The shift is a split shift on Tuesdays 730-10 & 1145-215. The pay is $25/hr, stat holidays are $37.50/hr and the initial training day is $15/hr.
