Our father is hospitalized after a stroke and has been left paralyzed with moderate cognitive deficits. We are unable to be with him and are looking for someone to spend time with him. Very flexible with hours and availability whatever we can find. Would like assistance for him with feeding, cutting nails and hair brushing. He also enjoys a shave. When he needs assistance with bathroom an advocate to get an RN or if someone is trained they can assist him with the bedpan. He is currently at KGH, but will be transfered to longterm care at some point. For now looking for assistance at Kelowna General Hospital.
