We are looking for a CSW for our 28 year old son with Prader-Willi Syndrome. We have Community Inclusion Funding and he enjoys going to the gym, swimming and bowling. Pre-pandemic he had 2 volunteer jobs and hopes to get back to them. He is very independent in the community but needs support to ensure safety and success. Our agency, IFRC, is the hiring agency and will support with the hiring process. We have 3 days available – Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Prefer someone with experience with complex behavior but are willing to share our extensive knowledge and experience in the training process. Need someone positive and energetic!
