Looking for a Behaviour Interventionist for 2 year old boy
We are a family with a young son (2 years old) recently diagnosed with ASD. He is fantastic, as he exhibits many great characteristics – such as playfulness, engagement, and strong receptive communication. He is behind in certain areas, such as verbal and non-verbal communication (although picking up words rather quickly now) and joint attention. With the right intervention therapy and at this young age, his prognosis could be very good since he has a strong foundation to build from. This is where you hopefully come in…
We are looking for an enthusiastic behaviour interventionist to work as part of a coordinated team in providing therapy for our young son. Together with a BCBA, you will provide extremely meaningful help to a wonderful young boy who would appreciate every bit.
Hourly wage is dependent on qualifications. Location is in Fleetwood, Surrey.
Knowledge of the Early Start Denver Model (or other play-based programs) or other education/experience with young special needs children would be an asset.
