ASD & mobility support for teen

Job Description

My 18-year-old daughter has ASD, ADHD, and anxiety; and she has recently begun using a wheelchair for long distances, due to chronic pain in her feet and ankles. She will start attending UBC’s Vancouver campus on September 4th. We are looking for someone (preferably female) who can help her with a variety of tasks like organizing her study/sleep/social schedule, managing the logistics of living in the dorm in her wheelchair, getting to/from doctor’s appointments as needed, and beginning to make social connections, etc. She is very high-functioning and does not need help in/out of the wheelchair or with any personal hygiene, etc. However, the wheelchair and university life will both be brand new to her; so we are looking for someone to help her with this transition.
