Adult Support Care Worker

Job Description

If you are looking for a opportunity to enrich the life of a young adult with Dravet’s Syndrome we have room on our team. Experience with Autism, seizure management and lots of patience would be great. He is a very social guy who enjoys having people around. He also likes music.
You will be supporting this young man in his home setting with daily routines and community outings.
We are looking for respite starting with casual shifts mainly on the weekends to start with the possibility of working up to 24 hrs in the future.
Community outings include car rides, going for walks in the wheelchair and swimming.
A vehicle would be required.
