Theo is a very special boy. I call him my “Carpet Guru” because he teaches me so much from his little seated place. Without words, he’s an amazing communicator. With a cheeky sense of humour, sidewise glance and dimpled smile, he challenges me to think again of what I knew; to come in close, intimate, and open myself up to his small, expansive world. A lover of music, movement, and the outdoors, he thrives with an open, creative, and empathetic companion. I’m looking for someone to join him in our comfortable Kerrisdale home and garden for about 20hrs/week for the balance of the school year after school on M/T 3:30-7:00pm and Sat/Sun noon-5:00pm every other weekend, and through the summer if he finds the right friend. Pay is $20-25/hr through CDBA and MCFD funding.
