NOCLS is a non-profit organization with no government funding that provides resources to individualized support networks who manage funding for a loved one who requires support with daily living tasks. NOCLS is not the employer, but an administrative support and connection to the family. In this spirit, we are currently helping families look for support Workers Experience & training not necessary for all positions. Individualized training will be provided in person’s home.
Job descriptions vary but may include, but not limited to: making connections within the community to support growth and independence in meaningful ways, support learning of
daily living skills, supporting friendships and networks to grow and flourish, helping individuals reach their goals, whatever they may be, in a safe and responsible fashion, listening to understand (not all individuals communicate verbally), personal care.

Upon a successful screening interview with NOCLS, the following will be required before the
real work can begin:
-Successful interview with the potential employer (family and individual)
-Successful Criminal Record Check
-Current First Aid/CPR
-Driver’s Abstract
