Looking for a part-time Support Worker/Care Attendant. Position is available to support a young adult man with physical disabilities who lives independently.
This position is part-time. This young man uses an electric wheelchair for mobility. He does require 24hr support in his own home. We would like to surround this young man with engaged and caring individuals whom he can relate to.
Candidate must have valid driver’s license to take this young man, shopping, community outings and appointments in his wheelchair minivan. Looking for a candidate with a combination of education, experience, and/or willingness to train. Must be comfortable training to use a mechanical lift for transfers and personal care.
