I am seeking a friendly individual or couple to host me for several weekends each month as my respite provider/s. A background in nursing or caregiving is not required but is favoured. I pay above average wage. Details will be discussed at the interview.
I am a 25-year-old male living with epilepsy, an intellectual impairment and my seizure response dog Max. I enjoy studying plants and mythology, hiking, athletic activities and having fun so it is important I am with someone who can keep up with me! Basic first aid training is required and specific seizure training will be provided. Max must be the only dog in the house, although cats are fine.
